Getting backt o HARP

To anyone that liked the website at < http://harpgame.site-master.org > - 
that site is now unavoidably defunct ... the reasons should still be 
explained at < http://www.site-master.org > or on the ICE forums.

However, I have migrated the site to a new home ... < 
http://www.aecyr-grene.org >. It has been radically expanded and should be 
an interesting read for anyone that cares to visit. As always, any 
feedback is welcomed (and solicited). Anything - spelling mistakes / poor 
gammar / clarifications for setting info / requests / etc.

Maps will come eventually - have now got a mapping program installed, and 
am experimienting ... when I'm happy with the results, I'll start posting 
them.
